PRANIC HEALING VIZAG – Privacy Policy

At Pranic Healing Vizag, we primarily offer services, workshops, and digital products that do not involve physical shipping. However, in cases where tangible items such as books, manuals, crystals, or energy tools are included, the following shipping policy applies:

1. Digital Products and Services

1.1 Most of our offerings, including workshops, sessions, and courses, are delivered online or in-person and do not require physical shipping.
1.2 Any materials associated with these services (e.g., digital guides, e-certificates) will be provided electronically via email or other agreed-upon channels.

2. Physical Products

2.1 For any physical items purchased (e.g., course materials, books, or tools):

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout.
  • Shipping will be processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.

2.2 Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the courier service used.
2.3 Pranic Healing Vizag is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier service disruptions, public holidays, or natural events.

3. Shipping Destinations

3.1 We currently deliver our services Globally, MCKS books, CDs, or recommended books, crystals within India. Delivery time depends on choice of customer and distance within one hour to 30 days.

4. Order Tracking

4.1 For physical products, a tracking ID  will be shared via email once the shipment is dispatched.

5. Shipping Issues

5.1 If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos and details.
5.2 We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Remember to Take a Opening video of the Parcel received, to ensure the product received itself is damaged. We are not responsible for any Physical Damages that occur after the product is taken out from the package.
