1. Returns or Refunds

At our MCKS Pranic Healing Center Vizag, we strive to provide quality services and products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully:

  1. Services and Workshops

    • All payments for MCKS Pranic Healing services and workshops are non-refundable.
    • In the event that a workshop or service is canceled by us, a refund will be processed within 45-60 days.

  2. MCKS Books and CDs

    • Returns for MCKS books, CDs, or MCKS-recommended books are accepted within 17 days of purchase.
    • Refunds will be processed within 45-60 days after the returned item is received and verified.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

  3. Crystals

    • Crystals purchased from us are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • If a product arrives broken, customers must provide a parcel opening video showing the damage within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for verified cases will be processed within 45-60 days.

2. Client Cancellations

  • Workshops and Services
    Clients are not permitted to cancel any workshop or service once booked.

  • MCKS Books, CDs, and Recommended Books
    Returns are accepted only for MCKS books, CDs, or recommended books, provided the return is made within 17 days of purchase.

    • Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
    • Refunds will be processed within 45-60 days after receiving and verifying the returned item.

  • Crystals
    Crystals purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable.
